Selling of Illegal PDL to a CA

I live in Fl and the 2 Illegal PDLS are Plain Green Loans and Cash Call who bought my loan from Westernsky 

Sure they can sell it.  However the CA cannot collect on it....send the CA a cease and desist letter.

Do i need to include in the C&D letter that they were sold an illegal PDL and legally they have no authorization to collect on a illegal loan ?

Dont bother with the pre-formated letter.

Simply state.

"I hereby demand that you cease and desist ALL communications with me, my family, friends and employer in regards to this illegal payday loan. "

That is all you have to say.  Send it certified mail, return receipt requested.  Keep a copy of the letter and the green card that the post office will return to you.   If the CA contacts you again, collect your $1000
