Aubrey is right. It is a illegal company. Most people find it difficult to get any refund from the illegal payday loan companies. You are lucky to receive any refund. Just be happy with that. Don't expect anything more. 

I understand I should be grateful for the fact I will be getting a refund but why would I give them another back account number so they could deposit my refund. The letter said the refund would be deposited in my account and I told them I no longer have that account and would prefer they mail it.

Well ESL has agreed to mail me a certified check!! I will let you all know when I received it.
