Janet Harper at Superior answered them all, even pointed out the pitfalls. They are honest and don't pretend it's a picnic. They tell you the good and bad of all of it. If you type their name into the SEARCH box all sorts of threads will come up you can read. Of course, there are people who have had bad experiences too. And there are also a couple of companies who use Superior in their title that are different companies altogether. Watch out for Superior Debt Relief - they seem to have a questionable track record. Just read all you can, and pick someone you are comfortable with.
