They just called my home that has an unlisted number. No one has this number except my mother and my husband. The representative was completely disrespectful and rude. He raised his voice at me and wanted me to verify my husbands social security number over the phone. I am not stupid and have worked in customer service agencies and know that this is not how you EVER speak to a customer. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor and he was just as condescending. I asked for a call back number for my husband to call back. I do not want to deal with a company like this. The scariest thing is that we do not even have record of this debt. This account was closed a year before they even said it was opened. It was closed with no debt. Then, in his credit report it does not appear as a debt. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS. If their purpose is to collect debt, this is not the way to do it. It is illegal and morally unethical.

These are the numbers from the website:
215-281-7500
800-220-0605

215-281-7512
(I changed the separators to dashes for improved SEO referencing).

These people are calling my elderly parents and have talked to the nurse who is here to take care of them. They want to talk to my dad (who refuses) and my mom (who is bedridden and incoherent) and then asked her if I have any kids. I have one debt that I am dealing with currently and nothing else. If they won't provide any information why should I? These are not the people I am currently dealing with.
I see many posters claim it's for a citibank debt - I have no credit cards (except the one I am dealing with currently - Cap One)
But this woman (Jenna something or other) screamed at the nurse and demanded my information - I don't even live there.
