Notes  Though the accounts of the company were originally with Hurley State Bank, it is now with Citibank after it took over the former in the December of 2001. APR has been reduced to 9.99% for proposals accepted after 20th August, 2003. APR has been reduced to 12.99% for proposals accepted between 17th February, 2000 and 20th August, 2003 and for proposals received before 17th February, 2000 the APR has been reduced to 8%. Account is re aged once the third payment is made. The eligibility to re age the account varies from one client to another. Though the company waives over-limit fees it varies its policies on pulling accounts from collection agencies.
