Pottsville Emergency Physicians agreed to accept payment at settlement and I have seen this damaging my credit report. If there is a way for them to wait as they agreed I would like to have this removed from my credit report.

A company I work with is getting letters from Accounts Recovery Bureau but the letters say no money is due. Why would the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue turn a company over to a collection agency when no money is due?
