Understands their duties towards their customers.
The counselors here are good interest negotiators. They brought down my interest rate significantly. Also the budget plans they placed before me was quite realistic in approach . Also these people helped me in every step of my debt consolidation plan and the are quite well versed about their duties towards the customers. Moreover the post debt counseling sessions offered by the firm helped me a lot in understanding and appreciating the value of good credit and how to ensure that my credit ratings always remaind in positive. Apart from ensuring a good credit rating and a debt free life for its member, the company ensures that its members' satisfaction always remains its proirity.

Is strict on integrity.
The company is very keen about building and maintaining customer relation. The company is also very particular about its own methods of working. I receive all my payment statements every fortnight and there never has been a single day delay from the company’s side. Also the copies of backdated statements are also available from the company’s database on request and that too without any additional charges. The company's panel of experts also provides investment advices and these help a lot in settling debts faster. Moreover the people here knows and appreciates the value of their customer's money and they always ensure that their customers donot feel demoralised because of their credit statement or the pending debt amount.

They are a friendly and helpful company that is helping me to become debt free. But, they are taking quite some time to get the creditors to agree to the debt-consolidation causing me to be delinquent in payments. I cant afford to pay my credit card bills plus what Im paying United Christian Financial also. I still have not heard back from them as to why they have not started paying my bills. But hopefully it will all be handeled soon, its been 3 months, or I'll be further in debt than i was before I started with the company.
