How Rude are these workers! I mean do they really think this is true customer service. What about the CEO, is he rude or does he think this is way to treat the Customer. Without us you would not have a Job Sir nor would your very rude and untrained staff. Are they collecting or is the goal for the day tick everyone in the world off? When I tried to call and come up with a plan I was kicked over and over by the Shark on the phone and told she would not help me, but she would put all kinds of things into the computer she sits in front of ( Negative I'm sure ). That's what people like her do when you request someone else to help you. She enjoy's the drama of beating someone up over the phone. I wonder if she is a Christian???? Is that What Jesus would do to someone who asked for help?????
