What a bunch of creeps. They call me with "threats" - I have turned their numbers and name into the FTC and BBB. I am having difficulty with the Texas area's BBB. Can't seem to find one for Houston. I do not believe that after ten years the original company would decide they forgot to bill you $50/100, and try to collect that. This company BUY's the names of past customers and beings it has been several years, most people can't remember - or worse, they have tossed the origianls. Don't let them harass you with their "WE WILL TAKE ACTION" threats. Do as I do - report them to every agency DNC, FTC, Attorney General of your State, BBB.... These people don't OWN anyone!

It is Christmas Eve and I am furious ! I have been frequentley getting these threatening messages by extremley threatening and rude people. I called back last month and explained to them that I was NOT the person they were looking for and to quit calling my cell phone and running up minutes. The calls have now 3-folded. I got 2 or 3 last week and this week they have called 4 times. Today was a horrible witch that said if I did not pay by Monday, she was gonna go ahead and take care of this by moving ahead and taking it to the next level. I felt like her tone of voice and articulation, she was insinuating that some goon was gonna come break my legs or something. I called back and ask for a supervisor. The first guy I got to0 looked up the number, gave me a name that I denied was mine. He then hung up on me. I called back again asking for surpervision and he said he was the supervisor. He looked to see who called me today and said that they had not called me since the 18th. I was heated, told him it was not me, they were in violation of the fair collections act and I did NOT like being harrassed and threatened! He explained that the reason my phone number had NOT been removed from the call list was either the caller felt I was a liar or my attitude deserved more attitude. When asking for administrative information, he once again said something to the effect that I could have bad attitude, but they ALWAYS could do better, and then he hung up. I have to say, this has totally destroyed that good Christmas feeling when I got up this morning. Now I feel over whelmed with all I have to do and here I sit on the computer ! Did I mention I am disabled, have had more than 20 surgeries and suffer from deppression and bi-polar ??? These A** H**** have put me into an episode where I cannot function, I have racing thoughts and will never get done my Christmas wrapping and baking. I think everyone who has had problems with this company should find a good lawyer that will file a class action suit against this company. At least I would like to just get a phone call from their attorney/CEO/soul less employee, with an apology.

I was actually just calling to do a verification and the lady that answered the phone talked as if it were too early in the morning to be calling. I was wondering if she even brushed her teeth because she sounded dead. You could probably gain more collections with a friendly voice. no one responds to threats. :(

Pleases tell me how to stop these people from calling. I never owned anything in my life, every bill is always paid for. Why do I have these people calling me?? Please help.

The first day that i heard from them they left a voice mail demanding that I contact them with in 24 hours. IF I did not they would have to turn it over to the authorities. HARASMENT? They had just received the debit on 2/9 and called on 2/11 with teh threat. POOR SERVICE!

I truly hope nothing ever bad happens to you where you have unexpected medical bills and trying to take care of your family and almost loose your house loose your job and have to start over with nothing because you are a spoiled little b---- and think everything is about not paying because these "people" just dont want to pay Everyone for the most part wants to pay their bills life just doesnt always go the way you want it too So I pray for your pathetic soul that nothing in your life is ever turned upside down to where you have all this stress on you Good Luck!!!

what I want to know is how do we get these people to stop.
The name they have with my phone number is not even me
and they know this yet they keep calling.

i got harrased for 4 months they called me 6 times on my wedding day for 94 dollars let me type that again NINETY-FOUR DOLLARS!!!!! they left messages stateing that if i did not call them before 12-noon on monday that action would be taken against my account without me when i called them today i said that i would send them a money order and she very rudly said you dont have a checking account we would perfer to take it out of your checking i lied and said no i was not about to give them my banking info after reading all of this..any ways she said that the money order had to be made out to her!!!! how bogus is that? i will be calling a lawyer today!

I am so glad I found this page. I have been getting calls for 2 days from these people. I have a 200 debt thta I had forgotten about. i will not send them a dime. i would rather have that judgement and take care of it throug the courts. They have called me some horrible names and told me they would make my life a living hell Well go ahead

First of all I want to start out by saying that I am a bill-collector. Yes, I work for a collection company and never, NEVER EVER would I leave a message like that on one of my debtors answering machines! This all started on Saturday morning. I got a phone call from a blocked number and I was giving my 2 year old a bath so I didnt bother to answer from the blocked number. When I checked my voice mail it was from a really rude woman that stated that if I didnt return her call by noon on Monday they would take action w/o me. I called back and got a voice mail and left them a message letting them know that I did the same kind of work and if was agains the FDCPA to leave that type of message on someones machine, I also turned the tables on them and let them know that if they needed to talk to me they needed to call me on MY schedule, which I gave to them. Today, Monday, I get a call threatening that if I didnt return her call by noon on the next day that they would go ahead with legal action without me and my attorney. WFT?!? I dont even have an attorney! Nor do I need one. I pulled my credit file when I got home and I do not even see these people, whomever they are, listed on my credit report. Needless to say, after over 10 messages to whoever this rude person was, plus her supervisor, I still have yet to get a return call! I am going to take this to my manager in the morning and then I will be mailing a certified letter to these idiots telling them basically to go to hell. I tell you, I collect on peoples debts, and had these people went about this situation differently, had I actually owed them something, I would have paid it! These MORONS left a threatening message at my home telling me they will have to "make an important decision if I don't hear back from you." The woman left a phone number of 800.275.7176 extension 601. However, when I called back they didn't answer so I left them a message to let them know I saved their nasty message and I was contacting my attorney. When I called their offices the next morning (during their business hours) their office was closed and it's still that way to this moment. I would love to get a group of people who are receiving these phone calls to come together and slap a law-suit on these people. They NEED to be put out of business.

I have been called numerous times by Allied. They leave messages almost daily. They refused to give me their address.
I also agree. Come try to take money from MY wallet. First make hospital reservations.
