They were incorporated in 2004 in Nevada as an Internet Marketing Services company. The President is Ms. Manju Bajuj. Call, write, fax to Ms. Bajuj and let her personally know just how rude and unscrupulous her subsidiary company is. Give her hell!

Thanks everyone for the info! Someone just called me and said I needed to call back about an "important decision". It was a very unprofessional message and I really don't know what it is about but after reading all of these comments, I don't think I want to call them.

Well, I *67 and dialed the number. When they answered I spoke four words in a higher pitched voice....over and over and over and over.....why you call me? That woman got really aggravated and pissed at me, and the other lady kept saying "let me talk to a grown up" That's amazing cause they called my young son and told him that they were going to arrest me!!! Awe!! this is so much fun!!!!!

they are rude and i dont know why they kept caling they called for my daughter and when u ask them what its about they get rude.

Hammer 212 or the person who said if you paid your bills you wouldn't get called is obviously not being very kind. Maybe they've been blessed enough to always have a regular paycheck. I have worked very hard for many years at job searching, and all I've been able to get is sporadic temporary work which frequently doesn't last very long, and I haven't any any earned income since April of 2008 in spite of way above average skills and a continuous extensive job search. Some people do lose ALL sources of income through absolutely no fault of their own, and therefore can no longer pay bills with overpriced late fees. For goodness sake, have a little compassion!

I am having a problem with them now. They are so rude, they dont want to help you at all and want to pass you on to others. In my case I paid them, however, I am now getting the same bill from another collection company and I am trying to get a letter from them to show I paid and they dont wan to send it, If I were you i would wait until they tak eme to court because I have lost out on my money and it is still on my credit. I will be calling the BBB on them as soon as i get my letter in my hand. They are very very very rude and I am very upset with them at this time.

Just got the call. Same thing. Told them that I called my phone company and that I will report them to the FCC and charge them with harrassement through my cell phone company. So, they will be the ones to get the lawyer... P.S. They are calling me about someone who used to have my cell phone number.

I have never delt with Country Door. My home was put up by contractors. ALL MY DOOR HAS BEEN PAID FOR.

These people are really very very rude, they call to say you owe moneys but can't give a bill or when you owe this money If I do owe money why don't the company I owe it to call me and show proof that i owe the amt. But having rude people call I will not stand for this .... show me the proof....

These "people" have been harrassing me at home, at work (even though they've been told they cannot call me at work) and on my company cell phone. Today they called and left my daughter a message about not missing a meeting with a Mr. Meyers tomorrow at 1:00. What meeting??? When I called to ask who planned a meeting, and where it was supposed to take place, they gave me an address in my hometown. I don't find their office listed here even though they claim it is an ADC office. And Mr. Meyers' "representative" informed me that if I chose not to attend this meeting, it was my choice, but they would have to respond accordingly. I told her I would call after 6 central time this evening and she told me she would be there late tonight because they had 4 court cases to deal with tomorrow. If Mr. Meyers is in court, how can he meet with me at 1:00? I intend to locate the address and check out this office of theirs and get to the bottom of this. Luckily my son is an attorney and can get to places I can't. Good luck to all.

I'm getting these calls because of the previous owner of my phone number. In Houston, numbers are released faster than the standard 3 month waiting period because of the number of cell customers in the region. If you have already checked your credit report and know that you don't owe any money, call them back, tell them your real name and ask to be removed from the list.

This company Allied Data Corporation is a robber. They took my payment and never sent me the release letter. When I called up for it they said they will email me which they never did. Now they are telling me that they no longer do business with macy and they dont know what happed to my account. They are stealers.

I have received numerous calls from this company and they are all recorded messages. You can pick up the phone but it's not a real person talking. Whenever you try to call the number they have given you, you get a message that it has been disconnected. I have NO OUTSTANDING DEBT and I'm damn tired of these calls. It's 4:30pm on a Saturday and I just got another one. My local phone service provider said it was a scam. I'm reporting them to BBB because this is harassment and a flim flam. I don't know how they got my number but they need to lose it.

Falsifying callerid (or more specifically the ANI; the digits that are sent out across the telco network) is illegal except for law enforcement and government agencies...it also qualifies as Unfair Practices under [15 USC 1692]

88 complaints to the BBB, 35 in the last 12 months. 86 of those complaints were ignored.

Only 5 people have sued them in Federal Court for FDCPA violations in 2009 alone. Be one of those 5 and stand up and collect your $1,000 plus possible court costs and attorney fees.
