ATTENTION: SEAN CODD

I have been out of the country and just returned to find your PAST DUE notice addressed to the Greenville Golf Cars, Attn: Malcolm Watson. This is the first time such a notice has come to me.

For your information, I sold Greenville Golf Cars to a George Vordenbaum in December 2003 (that's 2003.
George is responsible for all debts after that date.

George is somewhere in the Rockwall or Rowlett area
just East of Dallas. Maybe the Verizon folks can find him for you.

George is the debtor, not me.

Attention Sean Codd

I sold the Greenville Golf Cars Co to George Vordenbaum in December 2003, almost two years ago.
George is the debtor for your claim. He is in the
Rockwall or Rowlett area East of Dallas. Maybe the Verizon folks can find him for you.

Hi Malcolm

It will be helpful if you can contact at the customer care cell of AMERICAN RECOVERY SERVICE INC and update them with your information.

This is a debt consolidation care forum and is not affiliated with the said company.

I received a call from someone at this number looking to collect on a debt that is non-existent for a company that is non-existent. He was rude, and threatening. I have reported them to our state's BBB and intend to go further and look into reporting them in their home state in CA now and have the governor's office and officials investigate them asap so no one else has to deal with such frightening tactics which are AGAINST THE LAW for credit agencies to employ. They so happened to get me on the phone as I was in the office visiting someone and picked it up as a courtesty. They did not know I work for a legal firm myself. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY run by someone in law school who clearly does not train his employees in proper legal collections.
