Hey...saw Kevin on TV tonight. This time it is with a book on loosing weight. Just a few tips..he says... there is a switch in you brain and you can learn how to switch it on and it will tell you body to loose that fat. You will loose that fat (no matter how much) without exercise or diet. Then you will have the great shapely body you have always wanted...for just 14.95! That's a bargain!

I would sure like to find that switch...if only it were that easy.
