So, they emailed me my login-lol. The loan papers showing on the website are from 1969...I was born in 1972. Anyway, emailed them from their site as well. We'll see what happens. I'm on to the next 2 companies.....

Keep up the good work! It will pay off in the end! A little frustrating for a while, but I decided if others can do it so can I and you can too!

Oh, United Cash Loans is staffed by monsters. After a week of emailing them, they responded this morning with an offer to settle for $280(they owe me $1400) if I responded within the next five hours. They also said that I had no proof and had not pointed out why I was unhappy with their service--lol. Apparently the fact that they are illegally lending is not something they feel is poor customer service. When I responded stating I would not settle, they said that they would continue to debit my account and if I stopped payment send me to collections. They also stated they were blocking my emails--lol. We'll see what the bank does.......

jeesh...what jerks!! ameriloan was so pleasant to settle with.

WOW ~ Like I said, I never hear back from UnitedCAsh Loans. After we reversed one of their transactions, we have not heard back from them. Hang in there and keep up the fight!

That does give me hope. Had you had prior loans out with them also? Hopefully my bank will allow me to reverse as well, and they'll back off.

No, I only had one loan with United, thank goodness, but I had loans with other places. Like I said, it is a little frustrating for a while, but once all is said and done, you will feel like a weight has been lifed off your shoulders.

It may depend on where your located, but they're using out state laws in AZ. I'm currently paying them less interest on a $500 loan than I am with United cash loans on a $400 loan.....$100 less! Oh my. This is a mess.....

Here's my response to them saying I had no actual complaint:

Am I crazy? Can you see the complaint there? And that was just on the first loan...............
