So, after sending them the letter above, I received the same form letter back from them saying that the letter I sent them was a cut and paste form letter with misleading and incorrect information that is being posted on the internet, and that I have no real complaint for them to respond to. I responded in detail and asked them to not send me any more form letters. Getting nowhere fast.............

Keep working at them. A lot of them seem to respond with the same thing.
