It is not something brave that you are doing
Just because my mother has delayed repayments by two months, you can not just call up and harass her to such an extent. We have had problems and so we had to delay .It is not intentional and I feel you must have used better language over the phone. At least must have had some consideration of the age of the person.

Your work has been satisfactory
Your paperwork is the best around with all the details .You are very meticulate with the figures and yes chart out the entire plan really well. The billing work is really good.
