I recieved a call from them again, stating that they are not going to provide any information to me. I have sent the debt validation by certified mail.

You did the right thing sending it by mail. They might change their tune after they get it in writing.

No problem, if you don't hear from Arrowhead. It will become clear that they don't have a genuine purpose to call you back. You must be having the green copy of the certified mail. Keep it in safe place so that you can prove all your actions you did for contacting Arrohead.

Well...I finally heard from Arrowhead...in a round about way. They have assigned some collection agency (United) and after I advised them in the debt validation letter (which they never responded to and I have proof that they recvd!). Now I have this agency calling me ALL THE TIME, to both my job and home. I have forwarded them my original request, a new request from them, and I am still getting calls. What do I do?

KimS, the receipt of United Legal Corp not responding to your validation request is an important proof that makes your case stronger towards paying the debt. Keep it in safe place as it might be required later. If they are listed in your credit report, you can dispute with the bureau on this item with the explanation. The bureau will conduct an investigation and verify the item with them.

Follow the same process with Arrowhead Investments also asking for debt validation. If they are the ones that are holding your account legally, they will honor your request. As said, send your letter through certified mail with return receipt requested and keep copies documented.

Also state that you can no longer receive phone calls or correspondence at work.

The phone number of Arrowhead Investment is 1-866-355-7308. Their fax# is 1-866-379-7667

Close your checking account and stop the company from making unauthorized debits. You must take the help of your bank and get the debits verified. The company will verify them in details. If they are not, money will be credited back to your account.

I have the exact same problem. I can't find an e-mail address or phone number for arrowhead investments either. If anyone has any information on this company, please e-mail me back

Sincerely,

Thank you so much !! I did get in contact with them and they were as rude as hell to me. I can't believe they just want to keep taking their fees out of your account and never contact you about payment. Instead they send you to collections and don't give a shit!! I wonder if contacting the better business bureau would do any good with notifying them if this unethical bs company.

Sincerely,
Kim Way

Kim,

File a complaint with the attorney general's office in your state as well as theirs. They will change their tune after that. Also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the state Arrowhead is located in. You can do this online. Please lets us know if you have anymore questions.
