Kim,

Any such problem should be brought under attention of AG in your state. Once a huge number of complaints are submitted at AG's office, they will open an investigation and the facts will become clear to all.

jmh2578,

Contact them ASAP and ask for clarification. Also go through the papers of agreement and check the terms and conditions of the transaction. Keep us updated on what is going on.

i got in touch with them, and they told me that the reason they were still continuing to take money from my account is because we haven't called them to tell them to take the payment for the loan out, that the money they have been taking is a finance charge! i asked her how that could be, and she said that until we contact them to deduct the loan amount they will keep taking a finance charge out of us.

FINALLY, I found this website and called the 1-866-355-7308 number and spoke to a "Katie". I have been trying to locate Arrowhead Investing since last spring. I told her of my attempts to contact them; after a brief moment she told me my account was considered "paid in full." I asked for a confirmation and hopefully she will follow thru. They send out one loan notice and that's it. She says they continue to take out the money until you call to tell them to stop. Something is very wrong with this. Thanks for the phone number.

I had a loan for $200 and arrowhead took from my account $1950.00 and then they sent me to a collections agency and they started threatening me that they were sending me to prison and wage garneshment and they wanted an attorney's name to send him the information. I finally talked to someone at arrowhead and that is how i got this information. My checking account was closed in February and they could not get anymore money. This company needs to be turned into the attorney general.

I have talked to both of their collection agencies and they will not give me any information. One person who bought the loan stated that she was going to call arrowhead to get in cancelled and this was over a week ago. The loan was for $200 and they took over $2500 of fees and they still say I owe them $600. I think I have paid more than my share. Any help

Guest, put a dispute on this item with the credit bureau. They will verify the item with your information providers and present the accurate picture of the account.

I guess this item needs to be verified immediately because you have already paid a large amount of money. In fact, you should also claim for a refund.
