the purpose of this letter, is to inform you of the pending investigation that i have set regarding the deposit of ($ 1,558.00) to your establishment.

The account number listed ( 2010******), is the exact account number that i have with another bank, & my credit card company have this account listed in their data file as your company.

However i am not a member of your establishment, & i would like my funds back.
