You need to go in person and talk to the bank. Each bank calls it something different. It could be called a block, hard hold, freeze, etc. But it's always best to go in person. Also, try to speak with a branch manager. Having the account put on deposit only is also a good option. You need to stress that your account information has been comprimised, and that no further transactions are authorized by you.
