Owed BOA money, paid it back plus deposited large amount of money they opened my account, then 3 days later they closed it say I am a high risk

This is something which you need to clarify with BofA. They will be able to assist you better in this matter.

Even if you've paid off an old charge off, you'll still show on Chexsystems for 5 years (I think). Paying it off doesn't make the derogatory info go away. You should look into a second chance account rather than a traditional account.

Bank of America reports and uses chexsystems, EWS and a credit report when opening a deposit account. If you owed BOA money and paid it back, this will NOT remove you from chexsystems or EWS. When you opened a new account there, they will run EWS and the loss prevention dept/Risk management dept there will not allow anyone to open an account that is reported to EWS. They sometimes make exceptions for those ONLY reported to chexsystems but I have not seen this for those that are reported to EWS

The manager of the bank can not make the final decision .. it is up to the loss prevention dept there
