ChexSystems LawSuit
Callahan Thompson Sherman & Caudill, LLP is currently litigating a lawsuit against Chexsystems brought as a class action in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. The lawsuit arises out of allegations that Chexsystems maintains a policy and practice of refusal to publish properly submitted consumer dispute statements. The lawsuit is currently in the information gathering stage of litigation.
