Sub: #1 why does GE money bank outsource?

I am really tired of getting phone calls from GE money bank, or even calling them about my account and getting someone from India or another Country. I live in America, If they want to do business with me have an American talk to me. Outsourcing should be outlawed, Americans need jobs, I am one of them, but big credit card companies would rather outsource and pocket more money for the big wigs then pay Americans a little more money. I call that greedy.

They outsource cause it is cheaper.
