is it legal for a bank to continuosly charge a daily overdraft fee in michigan?

yes it is legal. Many banks like Fifth Third Bank will charge a daily fee for up to 30 days for every day that your account is not current.

THE LAW STSTES YOUR FEE POILCY MUST BE KNOWN THE THE GOVT ONLY MONITORS WHAT IS CHARGED

Can banks repetitiously charge NFS fees on the same transaction? I had a $200 NSF online transaction and was not notified about it. The next thing I knew, they were sending me a collection letter for $420!!!!!!!!!!!! There's got to be a law against this kind of unfair bank practice but I've yet to find it. Thanks

If the company tried to keep putting it through, they will charge you. I know it seems nuts but most of them do exactly that
