my girl friend banks with TCF bank and she overdrew he account the bank wants to charge her 25 dollars a day for every day its late up to 14 days is that legal anh what can she do about it

The bank can charge a fee for any overdrawn account. As far as how much they can charge, may depend upon your state laws.

yes it is legal if she signed an agreement to that fact when she opened the account.
