Nope I would also mention all the problems you had when you tried to put your account on hard debit block you might get some of the payments back. (Might) couldn't hurt at this point.. http://www.occ.treas.gov/

i got yet another message from them, this time saying they "just recieved an email from the branch manager who wants my current contact number to discuss this".
I know he did not randomly give them that email, lol, they probably told him i was complaining. for some reason i am badly whimping out over this.. like i am scared he is going to yell at me or something. i did not give him my phone number yet but i will write back and i will keep you posted. __________________

here's an update: the manager never called.. huge surprise! he emailed me though but never reversed the fees so i think i'm just gonna close the account forever..

Bea, do you have a US bank by you?
I'm reported to chexsystems but they said if I go in the branch will more than likely still open the account(I tried opening my account online).. so I'm gonna go in there. I'm tired of TCF's fees, and unable to use my own card at moneygram/western union online. Every time I've called, they have been nothing but poliete,. and never got 5 or 6 different answers like I did with other banks (such as BOFA or TCF bank)

 i'm not on chexsystems and am looking into my local credit union.thanks for the info though

local banks are usually more understanding but if you travel, you will not find a branch so you will most likely hit up with atm fees.
