STEP 3 – Access Your Account
Setting up your Online Banking Account has never been so easy. Go to our homepage. On the Secure Login section in the top left corner of the page, you will see boxes for your User ID and Password. This is where you will enter that information, once you have set up your Online Banking Account. To set up your Online Banking Account click on the First Time User link below the User ID box. Then enter the requested information to verify your identity, and then choose a User ID and Password. Then use that User ID and Password to log into your account.

STEP 4 – Order Checks
To order checks for your account, just call our customer service department at 800-355-3063. A customer service representative will order your checks for you. You can go to Harland.net to see the different styles of checks you can order. The cost of checks, which varies depending on the style, start as low as $10 for 150 checks. Delivery takes about two weeks.

ING is a great bank if you are looking for a savings account and possibly a checking. ANYONE can get a savings here. They do not use chexsystems and no one has ever reported to me that they were denied for the savings at ING.

The do offer a checking account that is credit based. They determine if you are eligible for the checking not with chexsystems but a credit report instead. Some people have no problem at all getting both a savings and checking at ING while others have been turned down for the checking.

The best thing about this account is that they use the allpoint network (ATMS) and there are locations all over. You can not make deposits with them but they are free for withdraws. This account is best when used with direct deposit. All deposits must be mailed in.

FSNB is not a military only bank, anyone can get an account here. This account is best used with direct deposit. Anyone can get an account here and they do not use chexsystems or telecheck. This has been a favorite of many for a long time. Especially for those reported to both Chexsystems and Telecheck.

Important Information:
They use a credit check. Some people have been turned down due to credit but most are approved. They do not use chexsystems or Telecheck. Anyone can get an account with them regardless of location.

Special Notes:
You must call and request an application be mailed to you FSNB# (800) 749-4583 New Accounts
If you do not set up direct deposit, you will only get an ATM card for the first 4 months, ( then you need to call New accounts and request one ) If you set up direct deposit ( wait until the 2nd direct deposits hit the account ) call and ask them to send you a VISA debit card.

They also have a special added feature called Temporary Overdraft.

We are not looking for a particular credit score we use the credit report for verification purposes since we have to be in compliance with the Patriot Act "knowing your customer" You can apply at everbank.com and once you have completed the application you can print the application and mail it in to us.

TCF does not do a Chexsystems check, but be very very careful with your TCF account, as they will screw you every chance they get through fees and account posting policies.

Wamu used to not do them, not sure if they are now that they have grown, but it would be worth a try (I opened my Wamu account after my Chase account had fraud and went to Chexsystems reporting with no problem. PS, Chase sucks)

WAMU is the worse bank there is IMHO when you have been reported to chexsystems. If you open an account for you, they will more than likely close it at a later time. do NOT trust this bank. They run random sweeps on current in good standing accounts. They will freeze and close accounts when they run these checks.

TCF does use chexsystems but will allow you to open an account as long as you do NOT owe THEM any money from a past account. They also now currently use EWS. If you are reported to EWS, they will open the account and close it in about a week. Recently there have been several people that have opened accounts that about a week later were closed. Make sure you are not reported to EWS prior to applying for this account.

Chase does offer a second chance checking but you must apply at a branch. Not all states are offering this account so be sure to make sure before applying. There is a monthly fee for this account.
