Does anyone know of a bank in Washington State that does not use telecheck or Chexsystem? Due to the mess my ex left me in I cannot open a bank account with those banks using these systems.

Can you do online. There are many banks online like Discover bank MM, Capital one mm. Easy to open, Etrade (brokerage account). NFCU very easy, They each have ATM cards and checks. They have min. opening deposits but if you have direct deposit. They work great.

Good luck Iv been there and I have one left one chex. yay!!! I bank with NFCU and Etrade I like them both. NFCU is very strict and will hound you if you overdraw even 1.00 it's crazy. But they are good to you if your good to them.

Etrade (brokerage) ! they are great I have had them for a short time. you have to have a min. 500.00 to get your check card and checks. They also have bill pay. But you have 60 days to fund your account
