To be eligible for this program, the clients must be under their credit limit and current. They cannot be in a past due status. This program is offered if the APR is less that 9.9% and or the minimum payment is less than 2.12% of the current balance. If the APR is currently lower than 9.9%, this program will allow the clients continue to pay the same minimum payment at the APR they currently have. The current minimum payment is less than 2. 12% of the balance, the clients can retain whatever APR they are currently set at. If a client is eligible for this program, he must pay his minimum payment. If they do not make their minimum payment to the creditor, their account will be past due and will no longer be eligible for this program. Some of Bank of America accounts were sold to Chase Manhattan Bank with updated account numbers. |
