Notes  Notes: As of November 15th, 2003 Bank One requires 2% of the client\\\'s current balance in order for acceptance on the program (60- month liquidation requirement). Prior to November 15th, 2003 the proposed percentage amount was 1%. Proposals that are accepted as of November 15th, 2003 and dropped will no longer be eligible for acceptance on the program until five years from the date they were dropped.
