I noticed on my credit report that the companies that I included with my BK that was discharged in 2002 are still reporting. Are they allowed to do that?

The date of filing bankruptcy and the later date of discharge stays on the credit report for a period of 10 years. Other than this, the creditors discharged in the bankruptcy cannot change dates in your credit file. You need to dispute the items with the credit bureau for correction of your credit profile.
