I need more information on backruptcy, my husbands accounts are showing up on my credit report and I also found out he has opened up accounts in my name and included them in a bankruptcy, what can I do?

Did you ever authorize your husband to open the accounts in your name? Did you jointly sign for it? If not, I suspect this to be a case of an identity theft. File complaints with your local sheriff and show affidavit to the bureau. Also, dispute the other items you think is incorrect. Your credit report should show your credit profile only. Your husband's account should not show up unless you have co-signed the accounts.
