Has anyone filed for Chapter 13 BK with Payday loans included? If so, what happened to the PDL's - did you have to pay back the total amount, was it reduced, was the interest eliminated?

First of all, are your payday loans internet or storefront? I filed a ch 13 bk and included both internet and storefront. None of my internet ones filed a claim to be paid, but 1 storefront did. My attorney set up my plan for my unsecured creditors to only be paid 2% of the debt. None of my creditors had any objections to this. Good Luck!!
