Welcome to the forums, hopefully you will find the help and guidance that you need here.
I am not real clear on what you are asking here, if you are asking if they will be considered income, then in all likelihood, I would say yes. They are exempt from garnishment, but considered income.
Are you talking about a veterans disability or a pension, this will make a difference too.
Please expand on your question, give more detail so that you can get some more feedback on this.
