I am currently in a chapter 13 behind on payments need to find a sell with option to buy back home program.

Is your attorney aware that you are behind on payments? Are you behind because of a job loss? If so, I know your attorney can have your case modified until you seek employment again.

I would suggest talking to your attorney and see what he has to say. At least he can maybe get you headed in the right direction.

I agree. Talk to your attorney. You don't want the trustee to throw out your case...then everything would start all over again. Your attorney should be able to give you some advice and assistance. What has helped me is that my chapter 13 payments are taken directly out of my husband's paycheck so it is money we never see and it keeps us from getting behind.
