i have very bad credit,a for closer two years ago.lot of medical bills three credit cards,all of this is at least two or three yrs old should i file bankruptcy?

The foreclosure will stay on your credit record regardless if you file bankruptcy or not now. Is there a way that you can avoid it at all? Can you some how manage to set up a do able payment plan with these other bills?
