On the means test form box 8, it states,

Any amounts paid by another person or entity, on a regular basis, for the household
expenses of the debtor or the debtor’s dependents, including child support paid for that
purpose. Do not include alimony or separate maintenance payments or amounts paid by
your spouse if Column B is completed

How do I answer that if I live with someone and this person provides the food and pays utilities for the house, do I enter that in?

Here is some information that I cam across today that appears to address your question. (I was researching bankruptcy for my own situation but remembered your question here.) Go to this site: www(dot)legalconsumer.com/bankruptcy

When you get there, enter your zip code to go to the next page. Then click on "means test calculator" in the top menu bar. Then, over at the right, under "help topics" click on "roommates & domestic partners: contributions to household income." It will open a box with some information and a reference to an additional site. Good luck!
