i completed my chaper13 in june of this year. when will i receive my discharge papers?

Try calling the court or your attorney. We cant guess not even knowing what state you filed in.

i would imagine its when the court gets around to it. might have better luck calling them up.

It takes a few months. Contact the bankruptcy trustee. He can give you the information.

In a chapter 13, the discharge is not entered until all your plan payments are made on time and the terms of the plan is completed in full.
