Hi, I'm 24 years old and Im thinking about going bankrupt! I'm $42000 in debt and have a baby on the way. I know if the creditor give me a chance I can somehow make it work, as I was young and made very silly mistakes before hand. I rang one agencie and ask them to help me go into debt agreement but given my situation they said its better if I just file bankrupt. I really need good advice and what will happened if I do go bankrupt will I loose my job I have no idea what it is all about!

Help!

What type of debts do you owe? Are they secured or unsecured?

There are certain debts that are non dischargable in bankruptcy.
