Has your bankruptcy attorney not advised you?

Yes, include everything. Are you payday loans legal?

As far as I know, whether you file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, you will have to include all your debts in the bankruptcy filing and list all your assets. This will help you in getting a discharge from all your unsecured debts.

You need a new attorney. You have to list all debts.

@soaplady, I did ask and they did clarify that I should put all debts on the list. I even put old ones on it, that I have paid off , just in case. Now Im getting calls galore from creditors that I have not heard from in years.
