Hi

I keep hearing about a 0% chapter 13. I even find the phrase on a couple of lawyers' websites. How can there be 0% paid back over 5 years! Makes no sense

I've been looking to file a chapter 13 and I have also been doing a lot of research and have come across the 0%. I think it something to do with how much disposable income you have available to pay the unsecured creditors. Secured creditors get paid first and the biggest part of the payment then the unsecured creditors.
