Ace, I believe your request is for BEALLS - wfnnb. You need to contact them directly for the negative reported in your file. Also, you should dispute the negative item with the credit bureau. They will check your file and update it after finding correct information from the companies.

Hello ,
I have a charged off account that I paid 2 years ago .The amound that you guys put me on collection in $27 .I never receive a letter or a card for this accound and I moved from TX 2-3 months after I applied for this card.I didn`t even know that I am using that card .I wanted to know if you guys can take it off somehow from my credit history. It`s been more than 2 years since then and it`s still showing.
This is the 1st card ever that I applied for in USA and at that time I really didn`t have any idea what am I doing.A year after that I opened my credit report and I saw the account .I was the one that called you and paid you right away.If I knew before that I would pay my bill. The cashier that help me apply for the credit card took my debit card also so never tought that I am leaving the store without paying! Please if you can take it of my credit report.I will really appreciate if you do that for me!
