these are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I really believe these people must hate their lives and their jobs. I am filing an official complaint with the Bureau about their business practices and I'm filing a complaint with the Tribune. This makes me not want to subscribe to anything.

Biehl & Biehl and the Chicago Tribune do not communicate. I received a letter from Biehl & Biehl a month ago for a debt of around $21 due to the Chicago Tribune. I received the letter one day after the Chicago Tribune cashed my check for the $21. I called Biehl & Biehl and they wanted me to fax a copy of the check to them. Why should I have to waste my time doing this? I then called the Chicago Tribune and they said they would send a message to Biehl & Biehl stating that the debt had been paid. Here it is one month later and I just got a call from Biehl & Biehl asking for payment. Wow... The Chicago Tribune really loves it's customers. No wonder that paper is going under. I will never order the Chicago Tribune, visit their website ever again.

That is because the management in the company is a joke, the manager never answers his phone, his name is David Paul, his direct extension is 1183. But he NEVER picks up his phone.

let me guess, you spoke to George Lowe, who constantly threatens to report to credit when this company is non-reporting. This company is a JOKE!
