Hi, I have 4 credit cards and a car payment that I would like to consolidate. It is approximately $60,000 in total. All my bills are current and I have good credit. Just tired of paying the high interest rates, not able to pay more than a minimum and need help to get finances in order. I do have 2 house - 1 I live in and 1 I rent. The one that I rent has equity in it but I already have a home equity loan out. Please advise of the best way to move forward. I would prefer an avenue that allows me the ability to right off interest paid. Thanks, Brenda
