Hi,We used the Debt Advocay Center in Ohio to help us with a mortgage negotiation. They provided us with a 100% Money Back Guarantee but never got us anything and wouldn't give us our money back. We found out from the bank on one of the two properties we gave them that they never even made a single call.Your experience may differ from ours but I didn't get anything of value from them.
