This company is a debt collector and they are bad news. I have just ended a 2 year court battle with them so if anyone is looking for information I may be able to help.

Hello my name is Susaan and I have been taken to court by boone four times witin one year and still have no solution to the problem. The last court appearance the only ppl there were myself and a representative from Boone and he tore me up one side and down the other. This all started back in 2000 when I got a credit limit of 300 dollars from capitol one, I paid on time for four years until I became disabled and requested the account cancelled which capitol one didn't do, they continued to add on interest which has now become over 1700.00 dollars and boone is after me for the money. I have no assets and receive SSI suplemental disability. My son and I live together, he iss in iv tech college and does not work except for helping his dad out here and there by odd jobs in which his dad gives him money to help with our rent and I use my disabilty to pay rent and utiities and groceries. I don't have anything left over to pay these ppl. I don't even have a car so getting to these court dates is difficult but I haven't missed any of them except for the first one which I didn't know about because i was in psychiatric hospital in which the judge ordered a defalt judgment against me from the start. I am stressed out because of these ppl, I wish I had never accepted that lousy 300 dollar credit card from them but I was trying to rebuild credit. I have finally contacted legal aid and will be filling out a application tomorrow with them and I hope and pray they help me. can you give me any advice as to how to fix this, I don't hve the fifty dollars a month they want me to give them for it's hard enough to pay rent and utilities, I hope you can advise, thank you. Susaan.
