I am having the same issue with eastside lenders. Back in May they took out 625.00 from my account when they were only to take 125.00. They said it was a computer error and they would take care of it. They never did! In the mean time all of my other bills were being returned NSF. My bank filled a greivance and placed the money back in my account. But, the whole thing took approximately 1 month before any money was put back in my account. East side lenders never took care of it. In fact I then contacted them to let them know that the bank was returning the money and that due to the returned check charges that this caused with all my other bills, they either needed to send me a check for that amount or call the loan a wash. They said they would clear my account and call it a wash. Well, today 4 months later, they took 625.00 out of my account again through a collection agency without contacting me. I do not owe them ANYTHING and I now again have filed a claim with the bank and have an overdrawn account. They are a very shady company, and good luck getting your money back! | |

HI Frogpatch!when you say you ahve to send smith haynes and watson all that stuff - can that apply to centtinex or any call center? can any of that be used directly with the PFl? the case Fields specifically? is this just for collectin call centers?thanks julesdo you know anything about netcashusa aka north amercian financial with moneygram address to Kansas? but north american is in minnesota - I am in PA and have paid 480 in fees on a 400 loan as well as 4 past loans paid in full thanks for all help!! so much!!julesjulie224@ptd.net | |

bublefan i also am having trouble with eastsidelenders also. can you tell me waht course of action i can take. i have tried numerous times to contact them with no response the next course will be to close my bank account.my e-mail is sunfire01@verizon.net | |

With Pay Day OK, did you go to their website and calculate how much you had paid them based on the record they have on their site?
