CAN THESE PEOPLE CALL ME AND YELL AT ME ON THE PHONE WHEN I'M AT WORK? AND ASK MY HR TO GIVE THEM INFO ON ME? THEY SAID I HAD 48 HRS TO CONTACT THEM AND PAY UP MY DEBT. WHAT CAN I DO? I DON'T HAVE 380.00 DOLLARS TO GIVE THEM.

No they cannot yell at you and they have no right to contact your HR. Is this for a Payday loan? Did you sign a voluntary wage assignment?

I have read a lot of forums and this is the first time I have seen anyone put their social security number up on a forum. and in this forum I have seen it several times, dont cry when your Identity is stolen.

Yes, CAC employees are very rude and disrespectful. You can tell them not to call you at work and they are not allowed to call again. You can actually tell them not to contact you ever again and they cannot. However, by doing this, you open yourself up for a civil lawsuit. I have had 'Ms. Hamilton' call me at work and she told me I had 24 hrs to pay $1000. I said, "or what? are you gonna come take my kid?" (it was for a medical bill for my child). I also told her she doesn't need to be calling me being rude and I was really surprised that next time she called, she was alot nicer. I am going to try to deal directly with the hospital.

i just received unknown caller with message to call back.
it was CAC Financial
saying an acct i was behind on had gone to them and they were going to collect. it has been charged off.
i tried to set up payments as this was what i was doing with original account before had a cash flow issue for a couple of months.
they say i have to pay what they say or they will take legal action.....i own a home???
