Linda, you've posted personal info on a public forum. This site is not affiliated with the collection agency you are looking for. Use the contact info provided by Vikas in the first post. A mod will come along soon and delete your PID.

Don't be buffaloed into paying these pieces of garbage! They count on you being scared into paying so the Collector can recieve a 15-25% Commission on whatever they collect!

Crystal...don't put your personal information on a PUBLIC FORUM like this! Everyone who reads this post now have your SSN! You are opening yourself up to Identity theft!

It is my understanding that if they don't provide you in writing, a detail of the charges they are expecting you to pay, then legally you are not obligated to pay until this is provided. Is this true at all? Personally I don't feel that I should send money to someone simply because they say I owe something, and to someone else entirely no less. I don't know who these people are, and I don't feel comfortable just sending them money without knowing exactly what I am paying for. Any help?

You need to dispute this from all three credit bureaus, they will contact the company and provide you with their investigation results.

I have 2 outstanding medical debts on my credit. Both of them occured while I was still a minor, under the age of 18, and no one can provide me with a bill. Not the hospital, not the doctors, not the collection company... no one! Can they still hold me liable for paying for something that, at the time, was not my responsibilty?

Have you tried disputing them with the credit reporting agencies? Were you covered under your parents insurance?
