Now that is what I call good reporting! I am so glad to see that people are taking a stand and that our AG offices are listening.

I guarantee that we will still get horror stories about them or other related operations even after the suit was filed. They are so arrogant.

I'm glad to see that the AG's are waking up and realizing what is going on. In the last few months alot of the AG offices have went after collection agencies, internet pdls. I see a big change coming in our favor.

This lawsuit was initiated by you,the consumer. The article states that over 130 complaints hit Ag office in one month causing him to take action. This is great news and always remember to file with the Attorney Generals in consumer disputes.

Well, at least now I know my complaint didn't go unheard. Finally maybe we will see justice against these thieves.

Can someone please tell me if United
Pay Services/Pre-Litigation Services/United
Federal Bank/I-Collect is part of Bass and
& Associates. This is the company that
has the foreigners calling and making
all types of threats which sounds like
some of the Bass postings here.

thanks Happy July 4th

I'm hoping to see some criminal action taken as well, they have represented themselves as attorneys among many other professions which is illegal, they have also committed extortion with the false threats which caused unknowing consumers to give up hard earned cash out of fear of losing their freedom and family.
