Proposals Accepted Prior to July 1st 2003, benefits will remain under First Consumer National Bank. Proposals accepted after July 1st 2003, benefits will be under its new owner. Original benefits under First Consumer National Bank were: reduced APR (Interest Rate) to 8%, re- age after 3 payments (re- aging an account is only possible once in 12 months and twice in five years), late fees are stopped along with over the limit fees. In addition, they contributed 7% fair share on a deduct basis. FCNB would only accept a proposal after they have received one payment on the program.

I just called the number above, and they were so rude! She gave me a different phone number to call, but there is no option to speak to a person. I pushed "3" to change address, and it gave me an address to send a letter. I haven't received a bill in months, but have been sending it to the Hicksville address. They do seem to be crediting my account.
