I just called the number above, and they were so rude! She gave me a different phone number to call, but there is no option to speak to a person. I pushed "3" to change address, and it gave me an address to send a letter. I haven't received a bill in months, but have been sending it to the Hicksville address. They do seem to be crediting my account.

I would like to talk with a real, live PERSON!! Your recording does NOT help me. You are receiving double payments and I need this STOPPED. THERE IS A FINAL BALANCE DUE OF $14.38 and I need to complete this transaction. STOP ALL AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!
Thank you.

I have NOT RECEIVED MY MONTHLY STATEMENTS from the Card Processing Center (which I KNOW 100 per cent is Card Processing Center...Po. Box 11802, Hicksville, New York 11802.) I know for a fact that I receive my monthly statements from you arriving around the 10 to 12th/each month And my bill is always due around the 25th to 27th/each month. My minimum monthly payment is $15.00 and I've been paying on this bill for about 6 or 7 years NOW! I DO NOT want to get in arrears with my account. I did move to a different floor at my current address....I ONLY changed my APT from 106 to the new Apt # of 404. which was at the end of Oct.2009! I attached/inserted that information twice on the last two statements which I did send in. I've been all over the internet to try to ascertan a telephone # which I may be able to call regarding this matter; BUT TO NO AVAIL! Could you PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE help me get this matter straightened out??? I do not want to pay extra finance or service charges. The post office was notified in October, 2009 of my NEW APT NUMBER and the ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE ENCOUNTERED is not receiving my statements from you ! I'm on a fixed income & cannot allow my account to become "back-logged!" Please, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME. I do not know what my Accunt # is....I usually write it in the "remarks sectin" on my checks but I can only remember the mailing address to which I always send my payments (which I listed above)! I do not want to enter my full address over the internet but I live in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223. Hopefully, this will give you the information you can use to track down this massive headache of my NOT RECEIVING my monthly statements from your organization !!???!

Sincerely,
Karen Murray Tele 330 923-3636
